UPDATED: Roundhouse Revival at the Mid-South Coliseum Is This Saturday
Remember back when Kevin and I talked about Memphis buildings that could perhaps benefit from the "Untapped" treatment? One of the suggestions is actually happening, and it's called Roundhouse Revival at the Mid-South Coliseum.
This Saturday, May 23, you can celebrate the Coliseum with a jam-packed day of very Memphis-y fun. Here's what you can expect:
- Live music from Memphis artists of all different genres (see the poster below for a full lineup)
- Food trucks and local beer
- Basketball tourney
- Wrestling legends Jerry Lawler and Bill Dundee in the ring at 4 p.m.!
- Shopping opportunties with local vendors, including T-shirts from Hieroglyph
The Roundhouse Revival starts at 10 a.m. and goes until 6 p.m. (so you'll have time to go enjoy it before Sunset Symphony). It's totally free and family-friendly (though donations are accepted). Leave pets and coolers at home.
You can follow Roundhouse Revival on Facebook for more information and programming times.
