While the weather in Memphis is still excessively pleasant, take an afternoon to complete assignment #91 in the 365 Things to Do in Memphis - taking a ride on the Memphis Queen.

I rode the Memphis Queen a few months ago, and I'm still convinced that the top deck of the boat is still one of the best places to be outside in Memphis. The view is great, there's a nice breeze, and you can kick back and listen to the tour guide give a lesson in Memphis' river history.

The Memphis Queen makes her 90 minute voyage on the Mississippi River every afternoon at 2 p.m. For now, she docks at the cobblestones at the base of Monroe, but will move to Beale Street Landing when it's completed this summer.
